On-site full service dining is available at Terracotta restaurant overlooking Portofino’s pool deck and Santa Rosa Sound. Terracotta offers the freshest local seafood, steaks and continental specialties prepared by their own gourmet chef. Full bar available.

Terrazzo Grill is an outdoor dining facility that overlooks Portofino’s pool deck and the Santa Rosa Sound. Terrazzo offers casual items such as salads and sandwiches and a children’s menu. The Colbolt Bar is located at the Lifestyle center’s main pool is a great place to enjoy live music, exotic drinks and a scrumptious grill menu.

40,000 square foot European Spa and Lifestyle Center features:

11,500 S.F. Spa offering customized body treatments, massage therapy, facials, and salon services. Also located in the spa are private men and women’s lounges, dry saunas, whirlpool, steam rooms, and a 25 meter Olympic-size indoor heated pool. In-residence massage is also available.
40 S.F. state-of-the-art workout facility overlooking beautiful Santa Rosa Sound. There is a full circuit of CYBEX strength training machines. All cardiovascular equipment features a flat screen TV and DVD player. Fitness classes are offered daily and there is also a juice bar.
